Marshmallow Cupcake
Cupcake is my favorite dessert. Today I will write how to make Marshmallow Cupcake.
Equipment

4. Cupcake Decorating set
5. Cooling rack
6. Spatula
Ingredients for 10-12 pieces
Cake
1. Salted butter 150 grams
2. 2 eggs
3. Sugar 100 grams
4. Cake four 140 grams
5. Baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
6. Vanilla powder 2 1/2 teaspoon
7. Marshmallow 30 grams
8. Lemon skin 2 teaspoon
Topping
1.Icing sugar 250 grams
2.Salted butter 225 grams
3.Vanilla 2 teaspoon
4.Sugar flake
5.Food coloring
How to make
1. Warm oven at 175 degrees Celsius.
2. Beat the salted butter with whisk until creamy.
3. Add sugar and beat again until well combined.
4. Add egg one by one, gradually add until done. And continue beat with whisk.
5. When it well combined. Sift cake four, baking powder and vanilla powder together.
6. Put in the first ingredient.
7. Stir with rubber spatula until all ingredients well combined.
8. Put in 1/2 of paper cupcake mold.
9. Put Marshmallow down in the middle. Put cupcakes until almost full cup.
10. Bake for 25-30 minutes (depending on the size of the cup).
11. When cook, bring out and put on wire rack until cool.
12. Make cream for decorate cupcakes. Start from using a spatula stir ingredients, icing sugar and salted butter together. Add vanilla and divide color. Mix color of your choice and stir well.
13. When it well combined, put in cake piping bag.
14. Decorate cupcakes.
