Cold Crepe



Cold Crape
Cold Crape is one of the dessert. It is my friend's favorite dessert. Cold Crape can make very easy. Soft crepes serve with whipping cream, fruits and ice-cream. 

Ingredients

Crepe
1. Wheat flour 3/4 cup
2. Salt 1 pinch
3. 3 eggs
4. 1 egg york
5. Milk 1 cup
6. Oil 1 teaspoon

Crepe stuff
1. Whipping cream
2. Oreo
3. Strawberry
4. Banana
5. Vanilla ice-cream

How to make cold crepe
1. Whisk egg and egg york together. Put half of milk into the blow.
2. Put flour into the blow and stir them together. After that put another half of milk into the blow. Add  salt and oil and stir them together.
4. Leave them for 20-30 minutes. And sift the flour.
5. Put oil into the pan and put the crepe flour into the pan. Roll all over the pan and wait until they done. Leave them cool by take them into refrigerator.
6. Put crepe flour and put wipping cream and fruits on the crepe. Serve with ice-cream.
